Refund policy
At Premier Gear UK, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. It must also be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons, including:

Jerseys with custom name and number printing.

Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Gift cards.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, once we receive photos for verification.
